Great service ALWAYS. Have been going to salon Nikol since August 2014 and followed them to Haverhill. Contracted salon Nikol for my wedding 8/2015. Excellent service and continue to utilize their services. Reasonable prices, creative and excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
For a facial the covered me in a sheet covered in hair! They don't answer their phone. They say they open at 9am but they actually don't open until 12pm. I made a 2pm appointment, drive all the way there only for them to tell me I couldn't be seen until 5:45pm. Service was terrible. Staff were dirty, unclean, location was dirty and unclean. The facial was pointless, fast, rushed, lazy job.

Niki and her crew are professional, personable and very talented. I can say this if you need a great stylist then go see Niki and her crew. They also have a massage specialist that is terrific.
