The city of Haverhill should be embarrassed. Drug addicts, homeless, and alcoholics, are all residents along with the dead. It needs to be cleaned up, and respect needs to be shown to those buried here. The mayor, Fiorentini, needs to be replaced, all he cares for is collecting his pension. I haven't been in this city in quite some time, and it has declined rapidly.
